As it is a distinct dessert wine, lives next door to Yquem but less than half the price, great with Roquefort and other tart cheeses, also enjoy it with desserts that hold a hint of citrus this can help quell the sweetness

Drinking well now. Not overly sweet. Great balance, honey nougat, orange blossom. Paired with Comté and Raclette cheeses.
