A vibrant and balanced wine that pairs well with most flavorful foods. Dry, but not at the cost of fruity flavor. We found it ok to drink in between glasses of Pinot Noir and rich Cab.

Funky open with a bite.
Calmed to a cranberry, white pepper, with some herbal notes- dill? Spice and pepper persists on the palate with tangy cranberry and and orange rind. Tannins need a bit more softening. But overall, quite fine.

Very dark garnet, nose of damp earth and black fruits. After airing fairy smooth, a touch jammy, black plum, mild@tannins, acidity at the end. Very good but does need flavorful food against it.
