The nose shows mineral-infused red berry fruit with hints of sweet spice, wild herbs and rosy florals. On the palate, silky, caressing textures, nearly enveloped the 2015 Malartic Lagraviere's fine tannic structure, ushering in ripe red and blue fruits, contrasted by nervy acids creating a juicy yet tactile feel. The finish is long with a coating of tart wild berries slowly fading as hints of residual acids fizzle out, leaving a youthfully structured expression.

Château Malartic-Lagravière is one of the only six classified growths both for its red and white in Bordeaux. A blend of 53% Cab Sauv, 35% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot & 5% Cab Franc, aged 18 months in French oak, 80% new. Rich and dark with berry aromas, complex and enticing. On the palate perfectly ripe blackberry and cherry with earthy dried herbs, some cacao and toasty spice. Fine dusty tannins, well balanced with acidity building to a great finish. Very special.

Reddish black. Red fruits flavor first.Fig. Later on, black fruits suppresses Red and changed into solid, spicy, tabacco nuance etc. The firth day‘s taste is most delicious! Rich black currant and fruits taste. So enough decanting should be necessary. 2015 @1930, xiaduo -, 210310-210416
