Light yellow with greenish hue; quince, stone fruit like white peach, marzipan, and fine oak notes; large and round on the palate yet has high acids, and an unmistakable Bdx finish. This Graves wine is fresh and vibrant (spänstig in Swedish) and made of 65% Sauvignon and 35% Semillon.

Nose has green herbs (sage mostly, light fresh mint), greenleaf lettuce, cold beeswax, dried white florals, oxidized pear and spring rain.
Palate has fresh lemon peel, dried orange peel, under-ripe orange flesh, candle wax, slate and slightly drying on the palate.
This bottle is moving into decline, and the final from our cellar, so timing is appropriate for finishing this evening. Paired with poached Halibut in a Provence style, worked well. Two humans and two cats satisfied with the fish selection.

This has the racy acidity of 75% sauvignon Blanc tempered by semillon and oak adding to give it roundness and richness. With four years age it is drinking wonderfully well - lemon, grassiness, lanolin, passion fruit, a kiss of cloce and wet stone Shepherded along by its great length and balance. Lovely wine

Fresh biscuit, almond paste, mushroom. Ginger spice. New oak regime. Creamy rich mouthfeel with delicious oak, hitting on the mid-palate with effortless transitions into a honey-ginger gelato finish. Spiciness carries through. I want to drink this with Thanksgiving. 75% Sav Blanc, 25% Semillion.

I do enjoy it very much. A bit heavy oak w almost smokey/asphalt notes but still fresh acidity w balancing fruit from semillon.

70/30 Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon Blend. Aromas and flavors of Lemon, grapefruit, lime and salty minerals. Just a touch of oak. Satiny texture, bright acidity and a dry and long finish.

Medium-bodied Blanc, straw yellow in the glass. Apple and citrus lime notes on the palate. Bright acidity with enough oak to give it a long velvety finishes. Very clean.

Grönskimrande färg. Frisk och snärtig doft. Har ganska nedslipade fatdrag så här fem år gammal. Gröna bär, päron och vax. Saltstänkt avslut med något längre syra (för vit Bordeaux) än man är van vid.
