This '94 Lafite was loaded with tannins and seems well equipped to continue to mature for several more years. The cork was perfect. A real panty dropper, this wine had notes of black cherry and chocolate and was a delight. I'll think I'll have another bottle in a couple of days.

This took some time to open up but it was amazing. Earthy mid palate, very pleasant long finish.
