Vintage 2016 / Pampering ourselves with a Saturday lunch in the garden: pumpkin soup, good bread, ripe Roquefort and ripe pears. This Sauternes from sauvignon blanc, semillon and muscadelle is obviously very young (first bottle from my box). Shy smell with light impression of apricot and honey. But amazing taste already, perfect balanced wine!
