Mar 7th, 2022I bought a bunch and tried these over several years. Pale lemon with aromas of stone and green fruits with a citrus notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and pear, crisp with good balance, fresh with lively acidity. Long finish, ending with nutty earthy tones. Distributor I met indicated wine can be put down for a few years, he was correct, outstanding wine, still tasting great.

Classic fig and stewed stone fruit flavor profile.
Sep 1st, 2020Stewed fruit, tobacco, raspberry, dried herbs, menthol, cured meats, riverbed rocks and complimenting acid. May have lost a bit more fruit than it should have by now, but storage may have been an issue. Still amazing.
