Sauternes Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend

Toasted honey and heather, so rich, but the sweetness seems to be dialing back a bit with age. Nice acids and great persistence.

Superb. Nose has apricot and cherry jam, burnt honey, sandalwood, and moist earth. Rich in the mouth, loads of honeyed and earthy notes.

OMG...WOTN....honeycomb, apricot preserves and orange marmalade...just amazing..acid perfect...just an amazing wine...

An older, more restrained Sauternes - fruit leaned austere, slightly reductive, more dates than peach.

The rating is skewed upward by how fantastically it paired with pumpkin pie.

In a lovely place now. I’d think stable for a good decade+ with more delineation to emerge. Terrific length.

All the flavours you would expect but far too young to drink now.
