La Sirène de Giscours Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend

Cab heavy - a hint of vegetation on opening, tart cranberries, tannic, with a little eucalyptus at the finish.

Lovely affordable claret over a lunch on the slopes. Decent expression of Margaux style.

For a 2015, this was amazing to drink now, with balance structure and length. Will only improve with age. Loved it.

Beautifully aromatic. Dark Red/plum fruit. Hints of green pepper (from the Cab Franc in the blend). Full bodied.

Phenomenal 2nd wine. Highly concentrated and complex with tannins of silk. Finish lingers for days. Incredible value here. 2015 vintage on Sep 30, 2019
