Feb 14th, 2016Vintage 2005 is now à Point. Bloody good. Cedar, tobaco and chocolate in smell after some aeration. This Merlot wine becomes a real friend with a smooth taste. We partnered it with roadsted pork and stirred vegatables (red onion, paksoi, tomato, sweet paprika and zucchini). The wine performed also good with Belgium biocheese Keiems Bloempje.

Mar 27th, 2015Good fruit but funky nose and too acidic, despite the age. Paired with ribeye and the meat seemed to elevate the acidity - not pleasant. After two hours, still wooden and musty. Though fruit persisted nicely
