A light wine with hints of hay and grass. Would be perfect with just about any kind of seafood. Even flexible enough to be paired with east Asian cuisines.

Delicious lemon, apples, pineapple, honey..very zippy with a nice long finish, picking up a grassy herbal flavor too! I don't believe I have ever had a white Bordeaux; unsure about aging on these?

Lemon peel, green apple, and a touch of green note...peas or green beans perhaps. Underripe yellow fruit on the palate with mouthwatering acidity. Delicious, poolside quaffer for sure.
