Caramel, toffee, ripe fig and apricot. Loads of burnt honey botrytis. Rich and tertiary in the mouth. Delicious. Drink soonish.

Drank 3/26/23

On the nose honeycomb, apple pie, and a hint of pineapple. Flavors of honey drizzled pound cake, and roasted pineapple, and creme Brule. Finish is medium. I don't think this will gain much as it ages, but should hang on for several years.

3/23/9/4/3 +50 = 92 pts.

Deep gold. Nose and palate yield candied apricot, honey, white flowers, baked peach, and pineapple birthday cake. Perfect balancing acidity. Lingering finish extends the palate. Geez! And this isn’t even a Premier Cru. Drink now through forever.

Honeysuckle, toasted almond and peach on the palette. Great pairing with trifle.

Golden lemon with aromas of ripe sweet stone, tropical and citrus fruits with smoky notes. On the palate peach, apricot and honey flavors with nutty smoky oak from the botrytis, "noble rot" fruit. Long finish ending with smoky honey character. Very Nice, good value!

A blend of mostly Semillon with some Sauvignon Blanc. Had this at a vertical tasting, liked the ‘15 so I bought a few bottles. Medium gold, concentrated aromas of ripe fruit and sweet honey. On the palate you can taste the layers from sweet ripe fruit to honey to nutty notes adding in a touch of citrus. Long finish with an elegant ending. A beauty from Olivier Casteja.
