I thought this was really delightful and super easy to drink. Cassis, plums, tobacco...and quite supple. If you just need a Bordeaux that tastes like an honest Bordeaux and won’t break the bank, this is a great candidate.

This well priced wine is a great value and punches way about its weight! Blackberry evolving to more cherry on the palate, this medium weight Bordeaux is an exceptional value and an overlooked Medic. It is the perfect complement to the pan seared pork chops we had to accompany it & has plenty of structure to last in your cellar for another 5 years.

A year later this wine is more in shape. Good balance between red fruits and structural backbone. Benefits from a decant. Good lower tier Bordeaux.
