Sipping Fine Wine

Medium Ruby with complex aromas of ripe red fruits, baking spice and cedar notes. On the palate layered flavors of ripe cherry, strawberry and blackerry with notes of cacao, vanilla, spice and oak. Fine rustic tannins, still tight, long savory finish, ending with ripe fruit, sweet spice and earthy mineral notes. Very nice!

So soft and smooth. Red fruit, strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrant. I’ve taste much more rustic, grumpy and unfriendly Pommards! Quite some depth and length though. Precise and easy. Alcohol coming a bit too much. For some reason the only thing I can say is missing personality or character. Would have love to taste this blind actually! I might be influenced by the label... one thing is sure: with a crowd of gourmet people who don’t have particular expectations, this will be a clear winner. Absolutely risk free and extremely versatile.
