Awfully tasty. Dark garnet, lots of minerality comes through.

Smooth Bordeaux, less tannic than typical. Pairs great with filet mignon and good company.

Dark ruby in color with a dark red rim.
Nice fresh nose of wild flowers blackberries, cranberries, strawberries, cherries, candies, earth, light vanilla and white pepper.
Dry on the palate with blueberries, plums, cherries, wood, earth, cloves and peppercorn.
Medium + in body with medium acidity.
Medium finish with round tannins and black pepper. (As it opens up, bigger tannings show up).
Great Bordeaux blend with 55% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc.
Balanced and enjoyable by itself or with food.
Paired with grilled trout. All that lemon I sprinkled on it, brought out the fruits in the wine (unconventional pairing? but I liked it.)
14% alcohol by volume.
