This is a delicious Chenin Blanc. The Pite brothers farm organically on clay/flint soils. No SO2 used on their wines. These are a very balanced example of their terroir. Better than my last tasting notes.

This Saumur has a round mouthfeel. I wish the palate picked up more on the intense and lovely nose of white flowers, candied lime, and quince.
