An iron soil Pinot noir and it shows with predominate sanguine and a meaty character. The oak has mellowed it out well, like a vanilla root beer float. Plenty of dusty and musky vibes too.

Weak for a #premiercru #burgundy not bad but not great. Fruity and light complexity #pinotnoir aromas of creaminess and malolactic conversion on the nose. Some good red fruits like red cherry and red berries on the palate but it is really two dimensional and lacking a lot of complexity and depth. Alcohol at 14% also seems out of whack.
