Savage nose. Salty, high toned red fruit. Forest floor / earth. Light and austere in just the right way, but still has some stuffing. Nice tannins/structure. Quintessentially Jura for a very decent price.

Light rosy color, translucent.
Fresh on the nose, sour and assertive.
Immediately makes the tongue shiver.
Bright and fresh when you sip, medium bodied with prominent fruit notes of tart berries.
Hugs the tongue in an interesting way to give a long, structured finish. Very drinkable and light.
This makes me squirm it's so interesting!

A more “refined” Jura. Drank more like a village Burgundy. Tart red berries, little earthy with good acidity.
