Awesome value Bordeaux. Enjoyed with pizza on Thanksgiving Eve!

We loved this wine and was bummed that we had the last bottle. Soft. Full bodied. Dark cherry and nice tannin balance.

Beautiful dark color. 85 merlot 15 cf. loads of dark fruit. Soft and velvety. So much fruit it is crazy. For $17 it might be the best value in Bordeaux. So clean and ripe

Almost new world fruit balanced beautifully with acidity. A wine nearly all will like. #wine

Vintage 2004 - Autumn leaves, cherries, very robust

A decent contender in the value "claret" category. Nose is plummy and seductive, some ripe fruit up front on the palate and then...not much else.

Erasers and black fruit good finish, but no mid palate

A little over-ripe.

Had with beef wellington on Christmas

Ripe yet still savoury with plum, black currant + a whiff of cedar wood & green pepper. On the palate this has flow - ripe, juicy, very finely grained tannins, good balance between the fresh acidity and the plums. This is a lovely surprise. And this is ready to drink now, so no need to wait any longer.
It’s hard to beat decent Bordeaux with Steak Frites.
And for 14€, great value, too!
