J’adore. At peak. Incredible nose of cherries, mocha, graphite, and earth. The same echoes on the palate. The freshness is truly remarkable, hardly any bricking with a deep core. No decanting needed but better after 20 minutes in the glass. Where’s the duck breast?

Jun 7th, 2020This 2001 was over the hill. Had interesting “fresh” taste like you get from first taste of cool clear mountain water. Lots is secondary flavors , dark fruit and forest floor. Lunch long finish but musty.
