8h decanted, this starts showing some dark cherry, leather, tobacco leaf, moist earth, raw cocoa...dark, savoury, rough. On the palate this is juicy, savoury, slightly rough yet elegant at the same time. Great depth, length, character. This is special.

Kraftfull och tanninbetonad. Avslutet är grönt med lite fin antydan av havssalt.

Oaky on open and finish. Delicious, spicy, full-bodied, but with a smooth finish. Tastes of plums, cherries, and green apples. Hint of pepper on the finish.

Pitch black! 1Fantastic gamey leathery nose, flour dry secondaries. The b in the mouth velvety resin, blackcurrants and game. Tannins are, as you would expect from a 95% tannat from the region, serious. But soft. I love it.

1/3 new oak barriques, but the oak is gentle and mostly absent.

Very good but not quite worth the cost

Big and chewy. Beef stew, blackberry,and charcoal. Still very young. Decanted for 60 min. Tannins still smack you face.

Tycker alkoholen sticker igenom lite för mycket. Men om några år kanske? Behövde luft.
