8h decanted, this starts showing some dark cherry, leather, tobacco leaf, moist earth, raw cocoa...dark, savoury, rough. On the palate this is juicy, savoury, slightly rough yet elegant at the same time. Great depth, length, character. This is special.

Sep 13th, 2019Pitch black! 1Fantastic gamey leathery nose, flour dry secondaries. The b in the mouth velvety resin, blackcurrants and game. Tannins are, as you would expect from a 95% tannat from the region, serious. But soft. I love it.
1/3 new oak barriques, but the oak is gentle and mostly absent.

(16.5/20) Тёмно-гранатовый цвет. В букете много третичных ароматов - грибы, кожа, камамбер и сухие черные ягоды. Тельное с высокой кислотностью и интенсивными, вяжущими танинами.
