Always love these wines. Somehow they remain underrated and steadily priced, which for a Selosse disciple is surprising.

Such an interesting beeswax character, powerful flavor yet elegant. Pricey but worth it, definitely something to seek out. Best champagne I’ve had in a long time and I’m lucky to drink it often!

100% chard and extra brut but on the sweet and toasty side. Not quite as bright and savory as some of the single vineyard offerings from C-T, but this has a bit of a lushness to it that reminds me of vintage Krug. The nose is all brioche, lemon curd and a bit of candied orange. If I only had one word, it would be “panettone”. Like this a lot.

My first time with this wine after the dosage is like Extra Brut 5-6 g/l, I’m very sensitive to dosage , but this does not affect me. Great Chardonnay , terroir, long aftertaste and creamy delicious , wow this is so great 🥂
