Very green on the nose, with primary aromas of sour cherry, blackcurrant and a strong tomato leaf edge that’s hard to get past. Much of this continues on the palate, unfortunately, with fairly unripe fruit, strong stalkiness and fairly astringent, chalky tannins. The finish is quite bitter.

Bright and vibrant. Tart cherry and cranberry fruits. Lean texture and pronounced acidity.

45+ minute decant. Nose has tobacco, spice, and cherries. Wine was more fruit forward than I was expecting, as it was more Pinot like than Cab Franc. Cigarettes, green elements, and cherries on the palate. Reminds me of the Domaine Eden cab. Fairly average all around. Solid Producer!

A lot of reduction (dishwater), thick dry sticky tannins, still after 9 years...
