Very elegant and dense, but no excess here. Maybe whole cluster vinification ? In any case we decanted 1 hour before and the wine was still a bit closed. Give it 5 years at least. Excellent underlying material.

very pretty nose of roses and violets. Initially there was a very distracting green/stemmy streak. Less noticeable after an hour of air, but still slightly underripe

This was volatile and unpleasant on opening, but changed dramatically and really opened up with an hour in a decanter. Blackberry and black cherry, warm earth, mineral, ripe but beautifully balanced, silky tannin 😋
