We drank this lovely rose in Arles last October on a Stanford Travel/Study trip, and then found it here on Maui. As many have noted, it has a dry taste on the palate, countered by lovely citrus. Goes very well with fish — whether from the Rhone or the Pacific.

This is pretty classy, I would say. I always forget about rose, this reminds me why I should remember more often. Balanced, understated, elegant. Goes down the hatch real nicely, a bit forgettable afterwards. But fun while it lasts!
