Jon Raytek's inaugural Cab is phenomenal.

Oh my. First vintage. Really really really glad I have one more bottle of that to enjoy. My kind of Cabernet right there.

Fabulously good. Very dark. No light getting through this one. 13.1% creates amazing balance not tannic but not overly fruity. Great nose. Can with grace and style. Might get better but style says drink me.

I am not sure why, but I was very surprised at how much I loved this wine. Bright red fruit, silky tannins perfectly balanced. Seamless wine. Bravo.

Ceritas Cabernet Sauvignon Peter Martin Ray Vineyard 2012. Touch of bell pepper on the nose, beautiful. Looking forward to opening bottles of that over the next decade.
