Strong bitter flavor in the front, tingly acidic? I don't know maybe my cheese is too strong for this wine

Just what I had thought this would evolve into; a textural beauty, unique and integrated kaleidoscope of flavors starting to merge the squeaky plastic textures with the mineral and ethereal qualities of 1er Cru Chardonnay. Again very thankful to be passing thru a case of this.

This is not a Cabernet Franc! It’s a white wine made from Malvasia de Sitges from Penedès (the birthplace of Cava), Spain.
