Ruby red with a stinky nose. A littl musty too and pinch of savory herbs. Grilled meat. Palate was dry in the finish. Light savory and earthy notes with a little red fruits. Moderate tannins (5/10) and light bodied. Dried cherries too. Long finish.

So extremely sour. This was sold to me as some rose adjacenct version of the normal red blend, hence the pink accents on the bottle. Very dark for a rose and way more like komboucha than wine.
