You can tell from the color and the haze we’re in skin contact / natural wine land. Quite drinkable at first with some nice grapefruit and ginger and fizz but become overwhelmingly yeasty and sour after being out a while. Not built to last, treat it like a beer

Dry Chenin, nice minerality.

Lottery wine. You never know, this time: bad

Very fine and withdrawn at first, opens up with air. Lots of cirtrus zest, ginger, bit of hay and a bit burned rubber. Acid & stone on the palate like crazy. No fruit. Killer value. Go and seek that stuff out!

Blend of Garnatxa Blanca, Macabeu and Parellada, macerated with skins. Slightly cloudy. Notes of apple and pear. Medium to full-bodied, round, good texture.

Intriguing blend of 70% Macabeau, 30% Chenin.

Less interesting profile - the kind we’ve tried a hundred times before. Sour, loaded with VA, hazy yeasts. Canned peaches and sour tangerine.
