Dec 27th, 2015NV, Caveau du Mont July, Bugey-Cerdon Sparkling. 95% Gamay, 5% Poulsard. More of a rose and a little less sweet than the Botex Bugey. This is really good juice. Light, ripe red fruit with good acidity and only 8% alcohol. A great wine to introduce to my non-wine drinking family and friends. Just a good apertif to start any gathering with. Love me some Bugey!

A little lighter, less residual sugar and only 8% ABV. This is really great juice and was a crowd pleaser. Tart strawberries, little earthy and lots of acidity. Still have 5 more bottles!

Almost like eating a whole wild strawberry, stems and all, drenched in fresh lemon juice with a touch of sweet fresh flower nectar. At less than 9% abv this is straight up juicy, but the acid provides all the structure you want and covers up almost all of the residual sugar. I want more. Aperitif, please!
