Sep 27th, 2015Bacon and beef fat nose atop a liver pâté or a mushroom terrine, but always returning to grilled, rich gelatinous beef fat. There is a hint of Rosemary to boot. Lovely balanced mouthfeel, with Rose and violet, and an earthen, hard clay profile that virtually lifts up to take flight on its ridiculously brazen acidity. Dried cherry and candied cranberry for the briefest cameo, then a cedar-y combo of plum and silky tannins atop stone. A real delight. What a gem.

Feb 7th, 2015Essentially inviting dark cherry and leathery aromas combined with hints of sloe. Medium body, peppery soft tannins balanced fruit on the mouthfeel. I always suggest to try pure cab franc it won’t disappoint. 🍷
