Gotta say, the scallop dish I made was the star, but, this is solid. Medium weight, apple, subtle citrus and nice acid.

Plenty of crushed oyster shell, hints of lemon oil and yellow orchard fruit on the nose. Nice interplay between creamy palate texture and acidity, intriguing zippy white pepper on mid-palate, pleasantly bitter lemon pith on the finish. Complex #mâcon #bourgogneblanc .

Perfectly serviceable for a cheap white burg, and has the exact profile it should with white flowers, lemon cream, and underripe stone fruit.
