I'm not impressed. High acidity. Very tannic. Very oaky, bitter chocolate, short finish.

Bright fruit and acid was perfect with the richer cuisine at Liholiho Yacht Club, including amazing off-menu spam dish and short ribs with twice baked marrow and potato. So happy it made the trip home from Tuscany.
