The sommelier at La Foresteria Planeta Estate said I should try. Wow who would think an Etna wine could do this. Amazing fruits but with that Sicilian bite. Just wow.

A classic and elegant wine from Sicily. Unusual blend for a Sicilian red yet really well structured. Open well before drinking. Paired it with oxtail ravioli at Aita on New Year's Day. A truly special treat though it was served too cold.
