Try this with a filet mignon with a bourbon cream sauce! Superb! Ruby with blackberry, cherry, and plum aromas. Nice spice, acidity, and mild tannins. Smooth with a medium finish.

Oct 24th, 2025Although this is just one of there standard Cabs and not single vineyard, we thought it was fantastic and my oldest bottle from the Castle. Rich ruby with aromas of blueberry, plum, and cedar. On the bud, it is smooth and full bodied with berries and spice. The finish is long. Went great with our filets and rosemary potatoes.
