Deep ruby. Iodine/ocean/bloody aromas initially. Give way to red cherry, woody/savory notes. Very finely tannic and long on the pallet. This wine is all about texture now and could certainly take time and develop in aroma.

Very nice. Maybe slightly too ripe or syrup traits, but seems to work well. Interesting how some Italian wines with these unbalanced CA-like traits can still hold on. Would buy again.
