Limited production of less than 2000 bottles, this wine is made from the Toro grape where the product justifies its animal name: purple-red color with brick edge; dense nose of dark small ripe fruits, blueberries, herbs, figs, and well-integrated oak flavors; highly structured and food-craving on the palate, but with a hint of burgeoning elegance; a bull-kick in a padded glove.

Blueberry, fig, bramble and grilled herbs on the nose. Dried blueberry, earth and tobacco on the pallet. Very dry with mouth drying tannins. Quite rustic and powerful.
