Nice seafood white wine from #valledeguadalupe in Baja California, Mexico. There’s a load of freshness and some floral notes from the #vermentino set against roundness from the #chardonnay. Lemon curd, grapefruit on the palate reveal a fairly ripe, fruit-forward style, but there’s still enough acidity for balance.
