Elegant seeming label. Black and gold. ‘Reserva’ so not the plonk I guess. Dark blackberry juice color. Smells like wet paper, cherry juice and ink pens. Maybe a rose petal and something toasted too. Flavors are a bit disappointing after the nose. Ripe fruit, vanilla and caramel, grape juice. Bit of tannin. This is new world style wine in an old world locale. Not my fav. It’s fine, but just lacks the bite. Too smooth.
