A small bright fruit tunnels its way through the bramble and darker tones and stays with you while your palate determines what else is going on with this wine.

Very fresh and a bit on the leaner side. Delicious #zinfandel

I don't open much #zinfandel at home but when I do its usually a #Carlisle. This was excellent, not weighty, wobbly or too jammy. Good acidity kept things fresh and snappy on the finish.

Jammy, and lush. Deep and intense flavors. Worth the money if you can find it!

Really bright, red and blue fruit melange, spice, tea, blood orange accents, tannins are a little drying, though this has really good acidity.

Had this a few nights ago, at 10,700 ft, with baked beans and hot dogs... Not too shabby.
