Not one of the best Nero D’Avola wines I’ve had. Smells delicious and has great color but a bit too acidic for me. Bummer... may need another year or two

Jan 10th, 2019Really enjoyed this wine. Quite complex on the nose and taste. Caramel, vanilla, and a hint of oak on the nose. I thought it was somewhat bitter up front, then Smokey, slightly grape juicey, finishing quite dry. Would love to have this wine again especially for the price.

Jan 15th, 2017This inexpensive wine is surprisingly good, full body, excellent flavor typical to the great robust wines of Sicily. I already bought a few.
