Mature. But delicious. Red to brown in color which on open was a little alarming until we sipped on this for over an hour as it continued to open up. What a treat.

Dec 30th, 2018This Nebbiolo has a soft Chinese lacquered cherry wood aroma with tart cherry and red plum on the palate. Very long finish. At the end of its drinking window. Needs slow decanting.

Jan 31st, 2015High tone of brett and VA on the nose with some elements of raisin. The medicinal component continues through to the palate with some raspberry compote. Fruit was left out on the vine too long - tastes cooked and high alcohol burns a little too much going down. Past peak - drink now.
