Quarz is in my mind one of the very top whites from Italy and the 2015 is an attractive one. Extreme complexity, sustains forever. I've had a few that have agreed amazingly well and I think this would do likewise.

Vintage 2010 - Powerfull wine. I served it with gamba’s in a spicy tomatosauce and the wine could have it. #altoadige #sauvignonblanc

One of the best Sauvignons. Showing some age, complexity and viscosity. Less aromatic than when young.

Not your typical picnic wine...a grassy & alpine Sauvignon from Alto Adige. Super minerally!

Iron, lavender, honey, sour green candy. Opened up into very textured wine with mineral undertone. Unraveled after a few hours as young wines of considerable potential are wont to do. Easily a 10 year wine with fascinating potential for bottle evolution.

Amazing! Mineral, citrus, acidity. Beautiful crisp, expressive white.
