It's a rosé but not really one for sipping by itself in the sun. There's so much like and fruit here that it really does demand more attention and possibly a bit of cheese with it too.

Dry, tart fruit, ruby pink color- almost a Sichuan peppercorn kind of bite and tingle on the palate. Acid is solid but well balanced. Something about this wine is fun. It pops. Solid.
