On the palate flavors of peach, berry and citrus flavors with biscuit tones. Nice balance with acidity, delicate textures, medium+ finish ending creamy with toasty oak and chalky mineral character.

We drank the 2012 in 2024, and it was starting to show its age. A little bit of sherry color was creeping into the palate, muting the fruit. But still delightful!

May 26th, 2024After 10 years this is developing some nice nutty depth to go with its clean and racy feel. Tight mousse, and perfect to kick off our New Year’s Eve eve dinner sand our salmon roe and chive appetizer.
