Best bubbles I’ve had in a long time

Delightful - easy drinking rose bubbles, dry AF and a good counterbalance to the chic and roast veg we had. Strawberries and service berries. Would be happy to have more.

Great cava. No detractors and a pleasant flavor with some depth.

Excellent value cava

When you have a tough decision to make about pairing, pick bubbly. This was an excellent choice. For the record, Vera’s is gone. This was at Steve Gedra’s latest endeavor, Saint Neri. Well worth the trip.
