Wine that tastes this good should not cost under $30. This juice is outrageous! Floral nose with bruised white fruits (in a good way). Slightly malo but but dry with some nice mouth watering saline backend. I’ve had three bottles now and they keep getting better.

Obvious old school winemaking displayed here for this ancestral methode super effort! Crisp & zesty& dry as a 🏜️ golden ground cherry essence bubbles! Great wine to share with family!

Pale straw color, effervescent, nice bubbles. Meyer lemon, bees wax and flint. Nice, crisp and refreshing wine. Paired nicely with Chicken Piccata.

Soft and light, lovely wine

I had no idea what this was. Had a funky closure that I had to pry off with a spoon. Stuff inside is so good. Lemon rind. Maybe a splash of bread dough.

Fyra dagars skalkontakt innan den fått jäsa klart buteljerat. Kryddig, jästbetonad men med bra frukt. Läskande. Drack på magnum.

Elegant and layered. Touch of lemon peel w some minerality. Tiny bubbles w nice play. Drinks way nicer than its price tag.
