I always forget how great the campo reserva is. Solid Rioja with good age on it, serves up some earth, dark fruits and oak tones. I think the current reserva vintage is 09, so in keeping true to the region they aren't rushing to release it. Med-full body, med+ acid, med+ tannin, super versatile with food.
