Total Wine rated this as their #1 best buy of 2023, so I thought I couldn't go wrong. It's hard to analyze any other aspect of this wine besides its overwhelming syrupy sweetness. It just overpowered everything in the bottle. You wouldn't want to see the awkward look on my face when I took the first sip. I poured the majority of the bottle down the drain. Just awful. Who are they marketing this stuff to anyways?

An okay Pinot. Light tasting, paired nicely with chicken, not so much dark chocolate, hints of vanilla.

Deep Ruby color with aromas of red fruits, floral notes and spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and jammy strawberry with floral, tea and spice. Firm tannins, medium finish ending with fruit, spice and an earthy spice character. Drink now, no aging benefit.

Bought this at total wine as they were touting it as their best value for the year. This Pinot is syrupy at first, then evolves into an artificial red fruit flavor. Would not recommend. I dumped half a bottle
