Spicy, curried mussels to pair with. Mouth full of strawberries

A mouthwatering #nerellomascalese, that gem grown on Mt. #Etna, tart cherries, fresh herbs, mountain flowers.

Mind blown! Advantage Italy...

Ashy, moist rock, floral, light berries. Vibrant and youthful. Solid value.

Brooding; scorched earth and tar enlivened with peppery red fruit and piercing acidity.

ビンテージが変わっても飲み続けてるワイン。
穏やかな甘さにフレッシュというよりは少し熟れたベリーやザクロ。アフターには少し熟成した香り。
2022なのになんでだろう？
ホルモンのタレ焼き、マグロのカマ焼きには言わずもがな。
ヤングコーンのアンチョビバターにもあう。甘エビの身にはあんまりで、味噌にはあった。多分、熟成した雰囲気があうんだろうな。

Mineral and body great combo for reasonable price!

香りは、鉄、これまでのビンテージに比べると色も濃く、果実感が強い。酸度が高いということでもないが、くどさのない甘さとミネラル感で飲み疲れはない。
チェリーや甘草、ペッパー、ミルク、思ったより、濃度はあれど、優しいワイン。
ちなみにアルコールは13.5%。
